The Challenge

Fetch N’ Catch is a well-established pet care facility in Bowmansville, NY — and the original business behind PackPro Training, a nationally recognized dog training brand in the pet care industry. Together, they’ve built strong trust with pet parents and offer a full-service model across daycare, boarding, grooming, and training.

But even strong operators are not immune to shifting demand.

Here’s what was happening:

  • Lead volume was declining despite a strong reputation.
The business had historically “crushed it” without paid ads, but inbound demand had begun to drop — a pattern we’re seeing across the industry as competition increases and visibility fragments.
  • No paid demand capture system existed.
Fetch N’ Catch never needed active lead generation before, which meant there was no way to control or scale lead flow when demand softened.

  • The daycare-first business model required consistent new client flow.Their strategy intentionally used boarding pricing to encourage daycare enrollment — but that only works if new prospects are consistently entering the funnel.
  • Visibility into lead sources and performance was limited.
Without call tracking and structured attribution, it was difficult to connect marketing activity to actual inquiries, bookings, and revenue-driving services.
  • Multi-service complexity stalled without a structured acquisition strategy.

With daycare, boarding, grooming, and training — plus a separate brand (PackPro) — there was opportunity, but no unified system to prioritize and scale demand across services.

Our Approach

This engagement is not about “turning on ads.” It is about building a controlled, measurable lead generation system aligned with how Fetch N’ Catch actually grows.

1

Paid Search Foundation (Google Ads)

We launched a structured Google Ads program starting April 15, 2024, focused on capturing high-intent local demand.

  • Built Search campaigns targeting “dog daycare near me,” “dog boarding Buffalo,” and similar high-intent queries
  • Launched Performance Max campaigns to expand reach while maintaining conversion focus
  • Prioritized daycare first, aligning with the client’s core revenue driver and enrollment model

Why this mattered:

Google Ads allowed Fetch N’ Catch to move from passive demand to active demand capture, giving them control over lead volume for the first time.

2

Conversion Tracking & Call Intelligence

We implemented call tracking and measurement systems to understand exactly what was happening after the click.

  • Tracked calls, forms, emails, and booking submissions
  • Created visibility into true lead volume across all channels
  • Enabled data-driven decisions based on actual inquiry behavior, not assumptions

Why this mattered:

Marketing performance is only as good as what you can measure. This allowed us to connect ad spend directly to real business outcomes.

3

Website & SEO Alignment

Before scaling traffic, we ensured the website could convert it.

  • Updated the site structure to support both SEO and paid traffic
  • Improved alignment between search intent → landing page experience → inquiry action
  • Supported ongoing organic visibility alongside paid growth

Why this mattered:

Driving traffic without conversion alignment leads to wasted spend. This ensured demand was not just generated — but captured.

4

Service Line Expansion: Boarding Campaign Launch

Once daycare demand stabilized and scaled, we expanded into boarding.

  • Launched a dedicated boarding campaign in December 2024
  • Aligned messaging with their pricing strategy to encourage daycare enrollment
  • Created a controlled way to fill boarding demand without disrupting the daycare model

Why this mattered:

This wasn’t just about more leads — it was about the right mix of services that supports long-term revenue and retention.

5

Continuous Optimization Based on Lead Trends

We used ongoing data to refine performance month over month.

  • Adjusted budget allocation based on seasonality and demand patterns
  • Optimized campaigns based on lead type performance (calls vs forms vs bookings)
  • Scaled investment as results proved consistent

Why this mattered:

Pet care demand is not static. The system needed to adapt to real-world behavior — not run on autopilot.

the-result

After launching Google Ads and building a structured lead generation system, Fetch N’ Catch saw an immediate and sustained impact.

Lead volume increased dramatically — culminating in a 2,062% year-over-year increase by May 2025.

The trend continued into 2026, with the March report showing:

  • Strong growth in total leads across calls, forms, emails, and booking submissions
  • Increasing contribution from high-intent booking actions
  • Consistent upward trajectory month-over-month compared to the prior year

Most importantly, this translated into real operational outcomes:

  • Daycare demand stabilized and scaled
  • Booking volume returned to levels that supported waitlists
  • The business regained predictability in lead flow, rather than relying on fluctuating organic demand

This is the key shift: Fetch N’ Catch moved from reacting to demand to controlling it.

“I have been a client for nearly a year and am very happy with IMPACT Marketing for my pet resort. Duane, Grace, Julie, and the rest of the team have been fantastic to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and overall great people. I have learned to let the professionals do what they do best, and not to play “internet marketer” on the weekends. After one Zoom call with Grace, I determined that I knew virtually nothing about running an effective Google Ad campaign and had been throwing my marketing dollars into the wind for the past several years. While it’s more expensive to have IMPACT do it, the ROI has been abundantly clear. They provide a detailed dashboard each month to view results, hear/view client phone calls, and clear metrics so you can determine for yourself if the investment is worth the cost. (For us, it has been the best marketing initiative we’ve done since opening 12 years ago.) Add in the other advice about location pages, website optimization, etc., and it’s a no-brainer. Thank you, IMPACT Marketing, for all your help!!”
